Job Responsibilities 
1. Responsible for research and development of chemical products and improvement of original products;
2. Responsible for the control of the production process of chemical products, analyze and solve abnormal technical problems;
3. Responsible for the introduction and tracking of new products and processes;
4. Responsible for the technical improvement of the existing production equipment and the introduction of new technologies;
5. Responsible for the guidance and training of relevant personnel in the chemical workshop.

Qualifications 
1. College degree or above, major in chemical technology, chemical machinery, polymer, etc .;
2. At least 2 years of experience in chemical production or technical work, with experience in chemical technology management is preferred;
3. Familiar with the processing and development of chemical products, familiar with the operation of laboratory equipment, full understanding and contact with chemical equipment, containers, etc., with a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience;
4. Proficiency in drawing software such as AUTOCAD, with strong communication ability and analysis ability, certain problem solving ability, innovation ability, experiment design ability;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, can bear hardships and stand hard work.
